You can order by fax, e-mail or mail. Please send the following information from the catalogue:

- name of the item
- price of the item (shipping not included)
- special extrasAll our products are offered at reasonable prices. All items are checked for quality before leaving the premises.
We like to send you a measure figure and all important details as help. Then you can take your measures without problems and send us your measure details, even when ordering standard size items.

Our collection is sold predominantly by Internet.
We also supply some shops in Germany, France and Switzerland.If a customer liked to get to know our collection personally, we like to present it only privately according to appointment agreement.

We are about one hour by car from Cologne, Düsseldorf in Germany,
Antwerp, Brussels and Liege in Belgium, Eindhoven and about 2 hours from Amsterdam.Custom made items
Anyone who has problems buying clothes off the rack, can order non-standard sizes. It will take additional production time and will cost approximately 10-50% more to create special orders. To get a price quote on custom made items, please send us all appropriate measurements of the garment.

Delivery schedule varies. Stock items can usually be sent within 2 to 3 weeks after receiving payment. Out-of-stock items are sent 6 to 8 weeks after receiving payment. We always try to mail your orders as soon as possible.
Shipping costs:

We are not able to accept responsibility for items which are opened, lost, delayed or seized by postal or customs authorities. Additional insurance for mail packages can be arranged on request.
Exchange:
Any defective item in will be exchanged or repaired. The wrong models or sizes of items shipped will be exchanged. This applies to all items returned to us immediately, in new, unused, resalable condition. Management will determine if merchandise is in resalable condition upon its return. We are unable to exchange goods for any other reason, including incorrect size or fit.
Custom made items: no refunds or exchanges!
